Are You Happy?
Life can kick us in the stomach sometimes, but did you know that even when life seems brutal you don’t have to be unhappy.
Medical research has shown that happiness is within everyone’s grasp. Recenty I came across an interesting book, “The How of Happiness,” look at what the author, psychologist Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky has discovered.
Medicine research shows a sample observation of the thinking and behaviors patterns of the happiest people.
-People devote a great time amount of time to their family and friends, nurturing and enjoying those relationships.
-They are often the first to offer helping hands to coworkers and passersby.
-They practice optimism when imagining their futures.
-They make physical exercise a weekly and even daily habit.
-They are deeply committed to lifelong goals and ambitions fighting -fraud, building, cabinets, or teaching their children they’re deeply held values.
Last but not least, the happiest people do have their share of stresses, crises, and even tragedies. They may become just as distressed and emotional in such circumstances as you or I, but their secret weapon is the poise and strength they show in coping in the face of challenge.
Are among those people?
If you are then be thankful. If not then it’s not to late for you to begin pursuing the happiness you deserve.
I did enjoy these ideas & comments.
