Is Inner Peace possible?

Life today is chaotic and uncertain. If we spend too much time absorbing life in thirty-second helpings of social media, we can get caught up in anger, judgment, and a powerful anxiety.
At times, our lives may seem hopeless, and we may question whether inner peace is even possible.
Emotional turmoil is not a life sentence. We have the power to change our lives, calm the mind and heart, and achieve inner peace.
The first step is to acknowledge that our lives are out of kilter and that what we are doing isn’t working.
Second, we need a strategy for calming the heart and mind. Such a plan should include disengaging from social media or drastically reducing the time spent scrolling through TikTok or other social media sites.
Next, we need to begin the process of inner reflection. Set aside 20-30 minutes each night to analyze our lives.
Finally, we need a technique for calming ourselves. A powerful tool called The Remembrance can quickly and efficiently take us to where we want to go. I have successfully taught hundreds of people this ancient mystical technique to help them achieve inner peace. It’s a skill open to everyone.
